I had not appreciated that after five and a half years - & with a prosthesis - eyelids can change. Dr. Patel and his team bent over backwards to help me and I am very grateful to him, to Abraham and to Dena. They were an amazing and HUGE help in helping me build back my confidence and feel the way I want to feel with regard to my facial aesthetics. Dr. Patel said he would take care of me and he did! He explained in detail the general circumstances surrounding my situation and eased my frustrations immediately. He explained just how much the eyelid can change in a matter of extended time. Dr. Patel clearly cares about his patients (so does his staff!), as he was available to discuss and clarify all of this with me personally.

Dr Patel is the best! He is extremely knowledgable and responsive. His work speaks for itself; I was convinced I would use him to address the bags under my eyes after seeing the extraordinary work he did with my friend. But maybe even better is his continued desire to ensure everything went well, and he even did a little touch up procedure with me after it became clear I needed it (no extra charge). He truly goes the extra mile with his work. He is friendly, professional and highly competent.

I am so happy that I came to see .Dr. Patel. I have been struggling with issues about my appearance since my accident. I had a doctor that was not giving me the results he was promising. I sought out a second opinion with Dr. Patel. After meeting with him the first time I I knew I was in the right place. He explained to me exactly how he was going to help me and I was very confident in his ability. And he delivered everything and more. I have been so self-conscious about my appearance after enduring many surgeries for facial reconstruction . I felt so embarrassed about my appearance. Dr. Patel was able to go in and put a stent in my eye clean up all the damage and Scar Tissue. Tighten up my eye and my tear duct is now working. My appearance is amazing I feel like I look like me again. And I truly believe he is the best at what he does in the state of Utah. I wish he would have been the first doctor that I encountered after my accident. I don't feel I would have had to gone through so much trauma to get to where I am now. He is very knowledgeable I'm very passionate about his work. And I am so grateful to have such amazing results. After trying a Jones tube three times with no luck I must losing the low vision that I currently have due to the tube not staying in place and it wasn't the right procedure for my trauma. Dr. Patel at Moran Eye Center is so experienced. His surgical talent made the results of my surgery to fix drooping eye lids exactly what I was looking for. He is professional and personable.
