Patel Plastic surgery

Dr. Patel did a fabulous job on my Mohs closure. I had a small skin cancer on my bottom eye lid that the dermatologist removed leaving about 40% of my bottom eyelid missing. I feared I would end up with a distorted/misshapen eyelid and huge gap in bottom lashes. However, Dr. Patel was able to creatively borrow skin and lashes from the rest of my eye, leaving minimal scarring and unnoticeable gap in lashes. I am so grateful that he came so highly recommended to me and that I was able to get this procedure done by someone so capable and willing to try his best to get the most functional and best looking results for the patients. Dr. Patel was not concerned about getting this done fast, he was more worried about patient appearance and end results. You can barely see that I have had a procedure at all and I am only 2 months out. I foresee not being able to tell at all once healing is complete. Dr. Patel's office was also willing to schedule my after care appointments early in the morning, so I didn't have to miss work for the appointments. I had a great overall experience as Dr. Patel is a very confident, competent surgeon who is very good at his job and is a perfectionist at getting best results for his patients. I did a lot of research and met with multiple surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Patel. I had a forehead osteoma, and it was very difficult to find a surgeon that had experience and/or preference to do the procedure via an endoscopic method. I was concerned with having a large scar on the center of my forehead, in addition to the loss of feeling/numbness. Dr. Patel was the only plastic surgeon I was able to meet with that had experience in the endoscopic method. He did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier. The procedure was simple and done within less than 2 hours. The scaring is minimal and it is hidden in my hair line. I have not noticed any hair loss in the area of the incision as well. Dr. Patel was extremely patient and helpful. We met on multiple occasions and he answered my questions until I was comfortable to move forward.

I am so happy that I came to see .Dr. Patel. I have been struggling with issues about my appearance since my accident. I had a doctor that was not giving me the results he was promising. I sought out a second opinion with Dr. Patel. After meeting with him the first time I I knew I was in the right place. He explained to me exactly how he was going to help me and I was very confident in his ability. And he delivered everything and more. I have been so self-conscious about my appearance after enduring many surgeries for facial reconstruction . I felt so embarrassed about my appearance. Dr. Patel was able to go in and put a stent in my eye clean up all the damage and Scar Tissue. Tighten up my eye and my tear duct is now working. My appearance is amazing I feel like I look like me again. And I truly believe he is the best at what he does in the state of Utah. I wish he would have been the first doctor that I encountered after my accident. I don't feel I would have had to gone through so much trauma to get to where I am now. He is very knowledgeable I'm very passionate about his work. And I am so grateful to have such amazing results. After trying a Jones tube three times with no luck I must losing the low vision that I currently have due to the tube not staying in place and it wasn't the right procedure for my trauma.
